I am fortunate to have taught a systematic integrated and meditative style of yoga, with an emphasis on awareness in all facets of practice, for the general community since 2000 on a full-time basis. I teach (and have taught) in many varied settings. Some of these can be seen under the navigation link ‘classes’ at the top of the page.

Part of what I do is to foster the cultivation of awareness, wellness, peace, and sense of connectedness – with self and others.

Over time, I hope that entries here will build some resource for those who come to classes, and interested others, to that end.

My thanks and gratitude go to my teachers. That said there have been many who have inspired and taught me much, it is a joy to remember them as I write. Their teaching will undoubtedly come through here in some form.
